Clients receive a right to use their created AI Digital Twin™ implementation.

They do not receive ownership rights over Prospectiva methodologies or frameworks.

 

9. Client Provided Information

Clients remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and ownership of information provided to Prospectiva.

The client confirms that:

• they have rights to provide submitted materials,

• information does not violate third-party rights,

• published information is accurate.

Prospectiva may rely on information supplied by the client when creating AI Digital Twin™ assets.

 

10. AI and External Platforms

Prospectiva works with publicly available digital environments including:

• search engines,

• artificial intelligence systems,

• large language models,

• digital platforms.

Prospectiva cannot control:

• AI model updates,

• ranking algorithms,

• recommendation systems,

• third-party indexing decisions.

No guarantee is provided that a company will appear in specific AI-generated answers.
